How a job works

  • 01Say it — plain words, a link, a file — we write down what done means as short, checkable lines.
  • 02Say yes — you tick each line to confirm it. That list is the whole agreement — priced for the result, never by the hour.
  • 03Take the result — work reaches you only after every line passes its check — and money leaves your balance only then.

Three ways a job ends

  • It passed — every line you confirmed held — the money is released, and the receipt shows what we saw.
  • Sent back — a line failed, so the work goes back with the evidence attached. Your balance isn't touched.
  • We stepped in — it kept failing, so we do it ourselves — or refund you in full.
