2. Description of Service

SeaOtter provides AI-powered health score analysis for Shopify stores using publicly available product data. The free health score tool does not require an account. Premium features require a paid subscription.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use SeaOtter only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-analyze stores without permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the health score algorithm
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm store owners
• Exceed reasonable rate limits (10 requests per minute)

4. Health Score Disclaimer

Health scores are computed from publicly available product catalog data and represent an estimate of store health. Scores are not financial advice and should not be the sole basis for business decisions. SeaOtter makes no guarantees about score accuracy.

5. Intellectual Property

The SeaOtter name, logo, health score algorithm, and benchmark datasets are proprietary. You may share your own store's health score publicly.

6. Limitation of Liability

SeaOtter is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of health scores, insights, or recommendations provided by the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
