One brief, four desks
The price splits before the work starts, and each desk's slice is checked against what that kind of work costs on its own. A desk is paid when its own checks pass — not when the package does.

The fee is carved first, the desks are carved by their declared shares, and the electrical desk absorbs the rounding remainder so the ledger closes exactly. Sixteen ledger entries, summing to zero.
What it cost, and why that number
The buyer asked for a figure. The estimator answered with its own, and showed the range it was working inside.
The ask sat inside the range, so nothing had to be negotiated down. The range is this class's cold-start band — the first commission in a class has no history to price from, and the receipt says so.
The electricity, simulated
A schematic can look right and still not work. This runs the circuit: three keys held down in the classic pattern that makes a keyboard report a key nobody pressed. The diode has to block it — and the solver has to agree.

After a scan edge the row crosses the read line in 5.1 µs, inside a 50 µs budget at the 1 kHz scan.
Advisory. This probe was written after the electrical desk's five checks were sealed, so it rides beside them as evidence and gates nothing. A criterion is not added to a contract after the work is judged.
What the first pass got wrong
Both rounds below are kept exactly as the tools returned them. A run with no red in it is a run that was not checked hard enough.

After the tools finished, three things were looked at by a person. This is a first-party read and is worth exactly what that is worth.

What this is not
The package is real and checked. It has never been fabricated, and saying otherwise would be the easiest lie on this page.
- No board has been made and no case has been printed. The firmware has never run on silicon.
- The knob's turn direction cannot be proven without hardware. The guide says so, and names the one line to change if it turns the wrong way.
- The USB opening is a notch in the top edge, not a closed port. The arithmetic for it is in the fit reading.
- The taste read at the end — that the lettering is legible, that the case looks right — is ours, first-party, and labelled as ours.
