Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using SeaOtter ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

SeaOtter is a macOS app and evaluation API that quality-controls agent workflows. It grades AI agent work against your acceptance policy with the OtterScore hostile critic, served through the app and the eval API, alongside the adversarial acceptance corpus and the curation and labelling platform. Enterprise fleet deployments and private pilots require a signed agreement.

3. Use of the service

You agree to use SeaOtter only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Submit work you do not have the right to send for evaluation, or upload another party's confidential data or personal information without authorization.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate the OtterScore critic models, rubrics, or evaluation methodology.
• Use the Service to generate unlawful, infringing, or abusive content, or to evade another party's acceptance controls.
• Exceed reasonable rate limits or disrupt the Service.

4. Evaluation disclaimer

OtterScore results are automated assessments of the work you submit against an acceptance policy. They are not financial, legal, or compliance advice. You remain responsible for your own acceptance, ship, and release decisions, and OtterScore should not be the sole basis for them.

5. Intellectual property

The SeaOtter name, logo, OtterScore critic models, rubrics, evaluation methodology, and the adversarial acceptance corpus are proprietary. You retain ownership of the work you submit and of your own evaluation results, which you may share publicly.

6. Limitation of liability

SeaOtter is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of evaluations, scores, flaws, or recommendations provided by the Service.
