4. Install the surface: MCP https://mcp.seaotter.ai/mcp or OpenAPI https://api.seaotter.ai/api/v1/openapi/agent.json with "Authorization: Bearer <api_key>".
5. STOP: the server protocol client guide has not loaded; do not guess negotiate headers or capabilities.
